About Timothy

Timothy is an attorney who focuses his practice on employment litigation. Timothy works with clients on matters of discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage disputes, and is well versed in both state and federal laws on the matter.

Prior to working at the Law Office of Joshua Black, Timothy served as an Attorney at the Maricopa County Office of the Public Advocate where he used his legal knowledge and skill to represent low income clients facing difficult court proceedings.

BA, Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.  Timothy received his bachelor's degree in English Literature with a concentration in Creative Writing.
