About Jodi

 

Jodi is an attorney who focuses her practice on employment litigation. Jodi works with clients on matters of discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage disputes, and is well versed in both state and federal laws on the matter.

 

Education

 

JD, University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law.  While in law school, Jodi served as an Editor of the Arizona Journal of Environmental Law and Policy.  Jodi was a semi-finalist in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. Jodi also served on multiple legal clinics while in law school including the Civil Rights Restoration Clinic.

 

LL.M, Indiana University, School of Law.  While obtaining her Master of Laws degree at Indiana University, School of Law, Jodi earned the CALI Award for achieving the highest grade in Torts.

LL.B, Shanghai University of Political Science and Law (SHUPL).  Jodi received her Bachelor of Laws degree from SHUPL and achieved the honor of "Best Oralist" in the 2011 SHUPL Debate Competition.  Jodi also achieved second prize in the Shanghai Law and Economics Legal Writing Competition in 2012.
